- Don't even bother with UPS for anything international. My branch
- office also said COD to Canada was no problem. Package came back,
- refused at the border. Then it was sent regular UPS to Canada, but
- nobody at the branch office seemed aware of the fact that UPS adds
- about $40 dollars at the border in "custom negotiation fees". So my
- $50 dollar item cost me $40 to send in the end. Apparently it doesn't
- take much to become a licensed UPS shipper.

- The post office btw does NOT charge any "custom negotiation fees" so
- they are the cheapest.
